As part of the current exhibition Bob Marley, Messenger, The GRAMMY Museum is proud to welcome Roger Steffens back to The Clive Davis Theater for an extension of the critically acclaimed Life of Bob Marley, presented last year. Steffens’ live multi-media presentations have been hailed as “the definitive history of the reggae king” and “the next best thing to seeing Bob Marley live.” Steffens, designated by the Jamaica Observer as one of “The Top Ten Most Influential People in Reggae,” owns the internationally acclaimed Reggae Archives, containing the world’s largest repository of Marley memorabilia. During the evening, Steffens will screen rare and unreleased video footage and photos while recounting Marley’s legendary life story. Joining Steffens on-stage will be photographer Bruce Talamon, who co-authored Bob Marley: Spirit Dancer with Steffens. Talamon will discuss his time on the road in California and Gabon with Marley, and will share exclusive photos.
