Whether they’re seasoned music enthusiasts or just beginning their journey, the GRAMMY Museum offers an exceptional experience for all groups. Secure a discounted rate on tickets for groups of 10 or more by booking in advance.
Enhance your visit with a private film screening or a hands-on demonstration on music production. These experiences last between 20 to 90 minutes and provide a deeper dive into the world of music.
Experience an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at The GRAMMY Museum with a guided tour. Led by our knowledgeable tour guides, you’ll gain unique insights and hear captivating stories that bring the Museum’s exhibits to life.
For visits to the GRAMMY Museum of less than two hours, we recommend parking in the East Garage (Lot E). Enter on Olympic Blvd. See [purple swatch] on the map.
The West Garage (Lot W, Gates E AND F) is another option for visits of less than two hours. Enter on West Rd. off of Georgia St. See [blue swatch] on the map.
For events lasting 3½ hours or more, we recommend the West Garage (Lot W, Gate B). Enter on Chick Hearn Ct. See [blue swatch] on the map.
There are many privately-owned parking lots in the vicinity of the GRAMMY Museum. Many offer flat-rate parking, with rates that vary depending on the event. The GRAMMY Museum at L.A. LIVE and their respective affiliates, owners, tenants, and contractors do not endorse or control parking rates or policies at non-company owned or operated parking locations. To reach L.A. LIVE by rail, ride the A-Line or E-Line to Pico Station (2 min. walk) or the B-Line or D-Line to 7th Street/Metro Center Station (7 min. walk). Find the route that’s best for you by contacting Metro at (323) GO-METRO or (323) 466-3876, or using the Metro Trip Planner.
DASH Bus Route F has several stops on Figueroa Street, adjacent to L.A. LIVE. For more information, visit ladottransit.com.

The GRAMMY Museum is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California accessibility mandates. We provide a range of accommodations for visitors with disabilities and special needs because your safety, comfort, and enjoyment are important to us.
A manual wheelchair is available free of charge to all Museum visitors. If you need to use a wheelchair, please inform a staff member upon your arrival. A photo ID is required while borrowing the wheelchair.
The GRAMMY Museum welcomes service animals. We recommend that individuals have proof of certification or a license for their service animal when visiting.
Accessible seating is available in the Clive Davis Theater. If you need assistance reaching your seat, please contact a staff member upon arrival or email security@grammymuseum.org prior to your visit.
The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards has designated the GRAMMY Museum as a Certified Autism Center™. This designation demonstrates the Museum’s commitment to better serve individuals on the autism spectrum. The GRAMMY Museum is the first destination to become a CAC in Los Angeles County and the first museum certified in California.
The GRAMMY Museum provides handheld listening devices to aid individuals with partial hearing loss during live performances and films shown in the Clive Davis Theater. These devices are offered at no cost to paid Museum visitors. If you would like to use a listening device, please inform a staff member upon your arrival. A photo ID is required while borrowing the device. To ensure availability, we recommend contacting us at least 24 hours before your visit.
Designated parking is available for visitors with disabilities in both the East and West garages. These spaces are available for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Disabled parking spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please plan accordingly. Please refer to the Parking Section of this website for maps, directions and more information.
All restrooms facilities at the GRAMMY Museum are handicap-accessible. In addition, our second floor men’s and women’s restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations.
The GRAMMY Museum is equipped with three elevators that serves all levels of the Museum.
