FEATURING A POST-SCREENING DISCUSSION WITH DIRECTOR MORGAN NEVILLEFollowing its Sept. 18 premiere on Netflix, the GRAMMY Museum will host an exclusive screening of Keith Richards: Under The Influence — a new documentary from Academy Award-winning director Morgan Neville that follows the legendary Rolling Stones guitarist as he records Crosseyed Heart, his first solo album in 23 years. Neville and his crew take viewers through the New York recording sessions for Crosseyed Heart and features discussions with Richards’ musical collaborators, including Tom Waits and musician/co-producers Steve Jordan and Waddy Wachtel. Their journey takes us to Chicago — where Richards first encountered Buddy Guy, Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, and the hallowed studios of Chess Records — and Nashville, where he explores his long love of country music. A panel discussion with Neville moderated by GRAMMY Foundation Vice President Scott Goldman will follow the screening.
